What can be automated?

Do I need WhatsApp Business?
To automate WhatsApp we use Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. We help you set it up with your number. Meta charges for some messages depending on their type and the country, and we explain how it works before we start.
What is n8n?
It's a tool for building automations that connect apps with each other, for example WhatsApp with a Google Sheet. Depending on the project, we also use other tools or build a custom integration.
Can the bot hand the conversation over to a person?
Yes. We define when the bot passes an inquiry on and to whom, so no one is left without an answer.
