About the project
After the web portal for customers and sales reps, Casiraghi Hnos wanted its sales team to have the same information at hand while visiting job sites and customers. We developed a mobile app in Ionic, designed to be used one-handed and in just a few taps.
Reps sign in and land on a menu with four sections, always within reach in the bottom bar. In Stock they browse materials by category: pipes, sheet, iron, profiles, steel frame and drywall. In Orders they see a customer's orders by number or by material, with the kilos ordered and the stage each one is at: pending confirmation, scheduling, production or delivery, or out for dispatch.
In Account they check the customer's balance, what is coming due and what is overdue, along with their documents. The «Change customer» button switches between customers without going back to the start. In Payment methods they have the accounts for deposits and transfers, and can email them to the customer on the spot.
Data comes from the same source as the web portal, kept in sync with the Calipso ERP, and every screen shows when it was last updated.
The app launched in July 2022.
